Armor of God: Gospel of Peace

The Primary Class has continued on with their study of the Armor of God.  On Sunday, May 1st, the children learned about the being prepared to spread the peace of Jesus .

Sandra asked the class what the word “peace” meant.  Owen said “peace and quiet”.  Peace does, in a sense, mean quiet. When a Christian has peace in their heart, one is able to live and interact quietly with others.  A peaceful Christian does not go around looking to pick a fight with someone.  A Christian should always walk in the peace of Jesus and be prepared to spread His peace to everyone we meet.

As part of their Armor of God, the children made Shoes of Peace.

The children have one more piece of the armor to learn about.  Check back soon to see the children dressed in the Armor of God!

Now the Lord of Peace himself give you peace always by all means.  The Lord be with you all. 2 Thessalonians 3:16

Buckeye Bible Buddies: The Tabernacle
