With the Thanksgiving holiday, it was the perfect time to teach the Primary Class a lesson on thankfulness and being grateful.
In Luke 17, we find the story of the 10 lepers. Luke 17:12 says “And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off”.

Our Primary Sunday School class has been learning about the Tabernacle that God instructed Moses to build for the children of Israel as they wondered in the wilderness. We worked on a model of the tabernacle for five weeks.
The kids were taught about the plan God had for building the tabernacle and the furnishings God instructed them to put inside the courtyard and the Holy Place. Thanks to www.gospelhall.org for a printable model of the tabernacle furnishings. We made the walls from clothespins and construction paper. Continue reading “Workin’ on a buildin’”
Train up a child in the way that he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
One of the most important jobs in our lives is to introduce and teach the love of God and his Word to children. We are facing the tragedy Israel faced in Judges 2:10- and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which he had done. With this on our hearts, Buckeye Bible Buddies Children’s Church will begin in January, 2016. Our hope is that you will share the news of this program to as many children as possible. Children are like sponges, they soak up what they see and hear. Let’s give them the opportunity to soak up Jesus!
We will meet on the third Tuesday of every month. Our first meeting will be January 19, 2016. The program will be similar to Vacation Bible School with interesting lessons, skits, songs, games, crafts, and snacks.
But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 19:14
